Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join the dynamic Sales Team at Cutler and Gross at our Head Office in London. The individual we are looking for will be customer focused and display an ability to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently whilst having a proactive approach to their work.
- Supporting our global customer base with all incoming queries through email and telephone queries
- Processing after sale requests; ensuring all requests are recorded correctly for reporting to manufacturing teams.
- Working closely with our Logistics Team TO ensure all customers orders are delivered in a timely manner.
- Building close relationships with our Sales Agent and acting as the main point of contact for support at Cutler and Gross.
- Ordering Point of Sales materials for stockists.
- Monitoring payments for pre-payment clients.
- Developing product knowledge to help drive brand awareness.
- Running weekly Sales and Back Order reports for the Sales Agents and Management Team.
- Creating on new customer accounts carrying out the necessary due diligence.
Requirements:
- 1+ years’ experience in Customer Service, Customer Success or Logistics role.
- Good IT Literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Microsoft Excel is desirable and must be comfortable learning to use new software.
- Proficiency in numeracy.
- Additional languages including French or German desirable but not essential
- Experience working in Wholesale or Fashion is desirable but not a requirement.
