Job Description
As an housekeeper you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service & build relationships with regular and new guests. Developing excellent product knowledge to make menu and drink recommendations that delight our customers
The responsibility.
- Clean guest rooms and public areas to high standards
- Change bed linens, replenish toiletries and ensure rooms are well presented
- Report any maintenance issues
- Adhere to health & safety
- Work efficiently, both independently & as part of a team
Qualifications
Previous experience preferred but not essential- A positive attitude & strong work ethic
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
Additional Information
This is a casual hours position involving shifts across the operational hours of the department (08:00 – 15:00 including weekends & bank holidays)
This role has no guaranteed hours of work, hours of work can therefore vary from week to week and, as a result, there may be weeks when no hours of work are offered.
