We are seeking a diligent Room Attendant to join our team at a prestigious hotel. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for all visitors.
Main Duties
- Cleaning and servicing guest rooms according to hotel standards
- Changing bed linens and making beds
- Replenishing towels and guest amenities
- Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors
- Emptying bins and removing trash
- Reporting any maintenance issues to the relevant department
The cleaning of bar and restaurant areas are also pert of this role.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel industry is desirable
- Ability to work efficiently with attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
