Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas within our hotel. Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to established standards, ensuring all areas are spotless and well-presented.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required, ensuring guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay.
- Restock room supplies, including toiletries, coffee, and refreshments, to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or inquiries regarding their accommodations.
Experience
- Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- A strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential skills for this role.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly disposition are necessary for interacting with guests and team members alike.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene is crucial in delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Physical stamina
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
