We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms, ensuring an exceptional experience for all visitors. Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, following established procedures.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities as needed.
- Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces to maintain a pristine environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies are used efficiently and stored properly.
- Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness of public areas within the hotel.
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality by providing friendly and courteous service to guests.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning and housekeeping roles, preferably within a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is essential.
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices is beneficial but not required.
