We are looking for a full-time Barista / FOH team member to join our Roastery Café in East Oxford.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone passionate about speciality coffee who enjoys working in a fast-paced, friendly environment. You’ll be joining a supportive team at the heart of our coffee operation, serving customers and helping us maintain the high standards we’re known for.
The right person will:
- Be a keen coffee lover, ideally with speciality experience and confidence using equipment like La Marzocco
- Be friendly, a great team player, and enjoy connecting with customers
- Have excellent attention to detail and take pride in their work
- Be reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Thrive under pressure and stay calm and well-organised
- Be respectful, responsive, and professional with customers and colleagues
- Adhere to Food Hygiene & Health & Safety Policies
