About the Role:
As a Hotel Receptionist, you will:
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and requests with confidence and care
- Process reservations and room allocations
- Ensure accurate billing and payment handling
- Promote hotel facilities and outlets, including dining at Koukash, relaxing at Eforea Spa, and enjoying Café Mosaic
- Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to deliver seamless service
