About the role
The right person for this position will be highly motivated, energetic, have great communication skills and love working as part of a team.
- Self-motivated
- Good eye for detail
- Excellent communicator and able to partner with multiple areas of the business
- A full drivers license is beneficial but not essential for the role.
This role is a on a temporary contract, lasting until December 2025 with the possibility for extension.

Details:
Hours: 5 days per week around 40 hours per week.
Salary: £28,800
Days: Monday - Friday
Times: We operate on a rota with shifts scheduled between 6am and 8pm.
Probation period: 3 months
Contract period: Until end of December 2025 with the posibility for extension
Reporting to: Roastery Manager
Experience: A love for hospitality and the coffee industry is required. No previous roastery or packaging experience is needed but would be beneficial.
