Duties
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of retail staff to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and organisation of merchandise displays.
- Train new employees on operational procedures, customer service techniques, and product knowledge.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling shifts, managing payroll records, and maintaining sales reports.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide assistance, and promote products effectively.
