- Champion inclusive, relational practices across schools in Gloucestershire.
- Work closely with headteachers and senior leaders to embed Relational Practice.
- Support the strategic development and implementation of the Relational Schools Programme.
- Ensure alignment between curriculum, practice, and strategy.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of relational approaches and provide evidence of outcomes.
- Provide mentoring, coaching, and professional development opportunities for school leaders.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with educational stakeholders.
- Deliver briefings and training to promote understanding of relational and restorative practices.
- Collaborate with teams within Gloucestershire County Council to support the schools access to relevant services.
- Experience as a school leader with a track record of implementing inclusive, whole-school relational approaches.
- Experience of mentoring and coaching staff to improve practice.
- Experience of working collaboratively with senior leaders and external partners.
- Experience of curriculum development and strategic planning.
- Experience of evaluating impact and reporting outcomes.
- Strong understanding of relational and restorative practices in education.
- Knowledge of inclusive education strategies and whole-school implementation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead professional development and facilitate strategic discussions.
- This position is subject to a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
- A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle or ability to travel across the county is required.
