- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing knowledge of the menu.
- Serve food and beverages while adhering to food safety standards.
- Manage guest inquiries and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to maximize sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout service.
