Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Duties
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations while ensuring a clean and organised environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Assist in the training and development of team members to foster a skilled workforce.
