Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food safety. As a supervisor, you will ensure standards are maintained within the team, organize shifts, deal with customer enquiries/complaints. As well as being involved in staff training when necessary.
Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations.
- Lead and motivate staff, fostering a positive team environment to enhance performance.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for complete satisfaction.
- Ensure service standards are met within the team
- Open and prepare the restaurant for service.
- Cash up and Close the restaurant.
Skills
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Experience in supervising restaurant staff and managing day-to-day operations effectively.
- Familiarity with bartending practices is an advantage but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both staff and customers.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A background in hotel management or similar hospitality roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
