Our in-store restaurants are a key part of our customers’ journey, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to lead and inspire the team to deliver outstanding service and quality.

Role Overview:
As Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll support the Restaurant in the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service, exceptional food quality, and a welcoming environment. You’ll motivate the team, manage operations, and help create a memorable dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the front-of-house team during service, ensuring high standards of customer service.
  • Assist with training, coaching, and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Address customer queries, feedback, or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor food and drink quality to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Support stock management, ordering, and minimising waste.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, food hygiene, and company policies.
  • Assist with rota management to ensure adequate staffing levels during busy periods.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant, café, or hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and high-quality food.
  • Organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety regulations (Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate preferred).
  • A proactive and hands-on approach to managing the restaurant.
