Established in 1997, Fuji Hiro was Leeds’ first Japanese restaurant, quickly becoming a cult favourite for its authentic ramen, hearty noodle dishes, and warm, down-to-earth service.
Nearly three decades on, Fuji Hiro remains a landmark on the city’s food scene, Leeds’ oldest and most loved ramen joint, and today it’s thriving once again.

Your Role
- Welcome and look after guests with warmth, confidence, and professionalism.
- Provide knowledgeable, enthusiastic service and recommend dishes with pride.
- Ensure food and drinks are delivered quickly and correctly.
- Handle guest feedback with care and positivity.
- Support the team during busy services, staying calm and collaborative.
- Maintain the high levels of cleanliness, organisation, and attention to detail our guests expect.
