Why is the role important?
The Resolution Officer will be responsible for initially responding to cases and taking action where early intervention or signposting could lead to a successful resolution and prevent escalation. Early intervention with support can ensure cases are managed appropriately, aiming for a quick resolution for customers whenever possible.
What’s involved?
- Respond to initial reports of anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches.
- Manage non-complex cases where an early intervention could lead to a successful resolution and prevent escalation.
- Support the team in the management of casework, including gathering evidence and deploying noise monitoring and CCTV equipment.
- Conduct garden inspections to identify areas below the minimum standard.
- Ensure Equality, diversity & Inclusion is at the forefront of all decisions, inclusive language is used consistently and we celebrate differences.
- Ensure all Health and Safety issues identified are reported and appropriate learning where required is shared.
