Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Lettings Negotiator to join our team. This role is pivotal in facilitating the sale and rental of properties, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. You will be working within the team in and out of the office environment and dealing with clients face to face and on the phone, so a 'can do' attitude is a prerequisite. You will need excellent communication skills, a strong, friendly personality and an eye for detail.
Duties
The role will cover a wide range of duties such as dealing with enquiries from prospective tenants, arranging and accompanying viewings, creating marketing packs for properties, advertising, assisting with property handovers, general correspondence and logging information into our property management software.
Experience
- Experience within the property industry is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple listings and client interactions efficiently.
- Administrative experience that demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy in documentation is preferred.
- You must have a full driving licence.
