Are you reliable, enthusiastic, and enjoy working outdoors? We're looking for a gardener to join our small, family-run gardening company. Since launching in 2015, we've built a loyal client base throughout West and South West London – including Richmond, Hounslow, Wandsworth, Kingston, Chiswick, and Hammersmith.
This is a permanent role with a friendly, close-knit team that values quality garden care and long-standing client relationships.
The Role Includes:
- Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm
- 4-day working week (days to be agreed)
- Company break every January – time to relax and recharge
- Pay: £13–15 per hour, based on experience
- Work across various domestic gardens in West and SW London
- Room to grow and develop within the business
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
- Some prior gardening experience (preferred)
- A genuine passion for gardening and plants
- Strong communication and people skills
- A full UK driving licence
Desirable:
- Horticultural qualifications or plant knowledge
- Previous experience in private/domestic gardens
- Confidence using basic gardening tools and machinery
