Garden Associate, Horticulturist & Plantsperson – Premium Gardens
£120–£135 per day DOE | London, Sussex & Surrey | Full-time
Join our award-winning garden design, build, and garden management team, creating and caring for some of the most beautiful residential gardens in London, Sussex, and Surrey.
We’re looking for an experienced Garden Associate, Horticulturist & Plantsperson (minimum 4 years’ experience) with excellent plant knowledge, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The Role
- Planting and maintaining premium gardens to the highest standards
- Soil preparation, turfing, lawn care, and seasonal planting
- Site preparation and clearance
- Advising clients and team on plant selection and care
- Supporting landscaping projects when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 4 years’ horticultural or gardening experience
- Excellent plant ID and care knowledge
- Skilled in soil prep, turf laying, and general garden maintenance
- Physically fit, reliable, and self-motivated
- Full UK driving licence + own transport for first 2 months (company transport provided thereafter)
- Confident working with clients and delivering exceptional service
