Recruitment Research Consultant: Responsibilities
- Conducting thorough research to find potential candidates and interviewing to assess suitability
Supporting the wider team on associate and partner searches
- Identifying top performers and talent pools in the industry
- Mapping the market landscape and analysing competitors
- Keeping databases up to date
- Managing CRM systems
- General office duties
Recruitment Research Consultant: Requirements
- Impeccable academics; degree from a Top 40 university
- Excellent A Levels, ideally straight A’s
- Legal knowledge (ideally commercial experience in Law)
- An innate hunger for success
- Excellent communication skills in both the spoken and written form

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
