Our client, a highly respected and long-established law firm, is seeking a dedicated Legal Secretary to join their Trust & Tax Management team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to work in a prestigious firm known for its exceptional client service and supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to solicitors and tax specialists in the Trust & Tax department
- Drafting and formatting correspondence, legal documents, and reports related to trusts, estates, and tax planning
- Managing diaries, arranging meetings, and handling incoming communications
- Preparing documentation for HMRC and assisting with tax return submissions
- Ensuring all records and files are up to date and maintained in line with regulatory compliance
- Liaising with clients, trustees, and external advisors with the highest level of professionalism and discretion
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within Private Client, Trusts, or Tax
- Strong working knowledge of legal documentation related to trusts and estates
- Excellent typing, digital dictation, and document management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management systems
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organisational abilities
- A discreet and client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £28,000.00 per year
