I’m working closely with a highly regarded law firm who are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join their busy Private Client team.
About the Firm:
This is a well-established firm known for its exceptional client care and expertise in Private Client matters. The team advises on a broad range of services including wills, probate, trusts, estate planning, and powers of attorney. The Role:
As a Private Client Legal Secretary, you will provide key administrative and secretarial support to fee earners, helping to ensure the smooth progression of client files and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and formatting legal documents such as wills, probate forms, and LPA documentation
- Managing diaries, appointments, and meetings for solicitors
- Liaising with clients by phone, email, and in person with professionalism and discretion
- Assisting with file opening, closure, and archiving in line with compliance protocols
- Supporting with billing and time recording
- General administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and maintaining filing systems
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a Private Client legal support role is essential
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and familiarity with case management systems
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Professional, compassionate, and client-focused communication style
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
