Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Remote Call Handler & Sales Support Specialist to join our surveying practice on a part-time basis. This role will primarily involve handling calls remotely from home, proofreading Level 2 & 3 home surveys, scheduling appointments, and assisting with basic office duties as required. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong ability to increase sales conversion rates through effective follow-up calls and customer interactions.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Proofread Level 2 & 3 home surveys for accuracy and completeness.
- Schedule and manage appointments efficiently using our booking system.
- Provide basic office support and assist with ad hoc tasks as needed.
- Follow up with potential clients to convert inquiries into bookings.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all communications and transactions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the surveying or real estate industry.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread technical documents.
- Proficiency in using office software and booking systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Working Hours:
- Weekday evenings: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Pay: £12.50-£13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
