** must have 10+ years’ carpentry experience working on loft conversions & must of worked on 100+ lofts **
*** drivers license & tools required ***

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a long established property organisation who are leaders within their field and who offer excellent career progression.
We are converting and renovating a number of the properties on their books at the moment, including adding loft conversions, extensions and making internal refurbishments.
We are looking for an Experienced 1st& 2nd Fix Carpenter & Joiner lead & run the conversion of their loft conversions.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Build Stud Walls
- Build Timber Roof Structures
- Internal Floors
- Add Partitions
- Hang Doors
- Double Glazed Window & UPVC Door Fitting
- & Door Fitting
- Stair Case Additions
- Kitchen Fitting
- Bathroom Fitting
- General Construction Work
Essential Requirements:
· A minimum of 10 years’ experience is required
· A minimum of three references and examples of work
· Own tools (110v and hand tools)
· CSCS card (ideally skilled worker card)
· Personable and polite
· Good time keeping skills and ability to stick to deadlines
· You must be enthusiastic, hardworking and dedicated
· Ability to work quickly under pressure
· Provide quality finishes with a price work mentality at all times
· You must be able to keep a cool head with a good temperament under pressure
· Must be willing to work overtime and weekends if required to push the job on
· You must speak clear English with good communication skills
