We are looking to recruit a Relief Carer for day and night shift to join our team.

Essential Experience / Criteria
A Carer will be:
· A motivated and caring individual.
· Able to maintain accurate written records of residents’ daily activities.
· Able to communicate effectively with other members of the staff team, residents and their relatives.
· Have a legal right to work in the UK
Experience supporting older people, including those living with dementia, is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote a homely, therapeutic environment, which encourages independence and meets the needs of each individual.
- Safeguard the residents at all times.
- Assist and support residents with all identified care need in line with the Health & Social Care Standards.
- Promote mental and physical wellbeing of residents through engaging and interactive activities.
