Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Relief Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in clients environment, ensuring that all areas are spotless and welcoming. This role requires excellent customer service skills, as you will be interacting with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our cleaning services.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and effectively.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in all assigned areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Experience
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- A proactive attitude with the drive to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
