We are looking for a Regional Dedicated Cover to join our Rapport team. You will be covering Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Bristol & Bath areas. Our client is a Fortune Global 500 company, where excellence and creativity are the norm every single day.
This is the ideal role for someone who has an incredible ability to spark immediate Rapport with the guests arriving to the building. You will be an integral part of a highly professional team focused on delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences.
This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week). You will be working from Monday to Friday on a shift rota basis between 7 AM and 7 PM.
Main responsibilities
The overall purpose of the role is ensuring the delivery of the highest-level client care and service to all internal employees, clients, and directors.
- Providing cover to several locations, including office, reception, and floor management
- Meeting and greeting clients, customers, and visitors
- Reporting of all facilities related issues, including health and safety
The successful candidate needs to have flexibility in shift patterns and office location, being able to adjust, depending on last minute business needs.

- Preferably have previous experience in front-of-house within a luxury hotel, premium airlines, or a corporate business environment
