The Program:
- Functional, dynamic and intense, yet comprehensive
- Low impact, high intensity
- Pilates moves plus weight and circuit training principles
- Fitness-focused approach
The Member Experience:
- Improved posture and coordination
- Increased ranges of motion, strength and flexibility
- Improved cardiovascular and muscular endurance
- Innovative and creative total-body workout
What we can’t live without:
- Must be passionate about fitness
- Must have a desire to coach
- Must live out our values by Engaging (Heartfelt Service), Empowering (Red Hot) and Exciting (Delightfully Surprising) our members and teammates
- Level 2 in Fitness and Mat Pilates qualification
- Good to excellent technique
- Dynamic personality to motivate and ‘coach’ participants
- Must have a can-do, get-it-done positive attitude
