This is a trainee role where we will teach you the ropes, you will be enrolled on our award winning training academy where we will help you become a leading Reformer trainer. Once you are confident and comfortable we will then put you on the rota and into our studios (this role is for Chiswick specifically).

As a Ten Trainer you help our clients reach their goals by delivering highly expert Dynamic Reformer Pilates classes, and Personal Training 1:1s (either gym-based or reformer-based). We offer all training required to teach Dynamic Reformer Pilates at Ten.

Salary: £26,000 - 30,000/year & performance-based commission
- Schedule: Variable Schedule Option Available (F/T - P/T - Class Only)
Primary duties and responsibilities
- Plan and deliver group Dynamic Reformer Pilates classes at beginners, intermediate and advanced level (approximately 70% of your schedule)
- Plan and deliver Personal Training sessions and initial assessments that are safe and goal oriented.
- Build your case load via networking and building relationships with our clients in studio
- Maintain a safe and hygienic studio environment by maintaining and cleaning equipment and re-stocking required items
- Contribute to collaborative studio environment, assisting Studio Manager and FOH team when available and participating in team meetings
- Be an active participant in our Circle of Care working within our multi-disciplinary team of Trainers, Clinical Exercise Specialists, Physiotherapists and Sports Massage Therapists, getting to know their services and specialisms and cross-referring clients

- People driven our Trainers are excited to spend face to face time with our clients
- Good relationship building skills, able to build a client base
- Collaborative and flexible
- Experience teaching group exercise or dance classes
- You can get to Chiswick 3-5 days per week
Knowledge
- Mat Pilates qualification is desirable
- Level 3 Personal Training qualification is a plus
How success is measured
- Schedule utilisation, building case load
- Revenue generation
- Engagement with CPD opportunities and internal training
