Overview
New local reformer pilates brand with two local studios opening soon requires a Head Reformer Pilates Instructor to:
- Schedule and manage the reformer pilates weekly classes timetable;
- Manage the freelance reformer pilates instructors;
- Teach selected reformer pilates classes;
- Oversea the smooth day-to-day operation of the studios
The ideal candidate should be:
- Level 3 or 4 qualified;
- Have 1-2 years reformer pilates teaching experience;
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills;
- Possess management experience;
- Genuinely passionate about health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals
Flexibility
The role will involve in-studio time (i.e. when teaching and maintaining equipment) and work-from-home time (i.e. when organising timetables), so will suit someone who requires flexibility in their working hours.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £25.00-£35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
