About the Role
We’re partnering with a rapidly expanding, search‑focused recruitment agency that specialises in HR.
As an HR Recruitment Consultant, you’ll own full‑cycle searches for mid‑senior HR roles (up to Director level). You’ll, build deep client relationships, and hit ambitious billing targets right from the start.
Key Responsibilities
- End‑to‑end recruitment: Market mapping, talent pipelining, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding for senior‑level HR positions
- Business development: Pitch and win retained search mandates, plus manage contingent assignments
- Relationship management: Cultivate and maintain connections with HR leaders, talent communities, and specialist networks
- Performance metrics: Deliver against billing targets (initially £300k+, scaling to £500–700k)
- Collaboration & development: Participate in weekly coaching sessions, share best practices, and mentor junior colleagues
About You
- Experience: 3–6 years in HR recruitment, executive search, or a client‑facing sales role (agency/in‑house)
- Commercial mindset: Proven track record of hitting revenue targets and growing a desk
- Stakeholder skills: Excellent consultative communication and relationship‑building abilities
- Self‑starter: Driven, collaborative, and adaptable
- Search aptitude: Curious to learn retained search methodologies and pitch with confidence
