We’re PCR Digital – a B-Corp certified, boutique tech and digital recruitment agency working with clients across the IT, Broadcast, and Media industries. We pride ourselves on being professional yet human, supporting clients and candidates with an ethical and personal approach.

We’re looking for an adaptable and proactive Recruitment Co-ordinator & Resourcing Support to join our small and dedicated team, who will help us manage the increased workload from a new client.

This is a hybrid role that combines resourcing and candidate engagement with key administrative tasks to support our recruiters and the wider business.

What You’ll Be Doing

Recruitment Co-ordinator Responsibilities (approx. 60%)

  • Source and screen candidates for live contract vacancies (e.g. producers, designers, digital marketing roles, project support)
  • Conduct daily candidate calls and interviews (phone/video)
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and contractors, helping them throughout their recruitment journey and beyond
  • Write and post job adverts across job boards and social channels
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in our CRM
  • Help coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding processes
  • Spot and record new business leads and ensure details are updated on our CRM
  • Working to realistic KPIs for candidate calls, CVs sent out and interviews arranged

Resourcing Support Responsibilities (approx. 40%)

  • Support consultants with client job submissions and applicant tracking using external portals
  • Format CVs and manage documentation for submissions
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes (Right to Work, GDPR, etc.)
  • Keep the CRM/database tidy and optimised on a daily basis, including managing CVs that haven’t automatically uploaded and resolving loading issues
  • Manage advert reposting, website content, and job board usage
  • Answer incoming calls and help with initial queries

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be great for this role if you have:

Experience:

  • At least 12 months’ experience in a recruitment/resourcing or admin role within a similar agency
  • Familiarity with recruitment CRMs, job board postings and Microsoft Office tools
  • Used to hybrid working – able to work remotely online whilst still engaging with the rest of the team and used to working within a busy office environment

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and able to speak to candidates of all levels
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation
  • Ability to prioritise and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Pro-active, able to work on own initiative
  • Confident in using tech platforms (ours includes but is not limited to Bullhorn, Daxtra, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Outlook, Teams, Lusha, LinkedIn.)
