Join the Cofton Holidays Team as a Recruitment Administrator!
Are you a people-person with a knack for organisation and a passion for helping others succeed? As we gear up for a busy summer, Cofton Holidays is on the lookout for a Recruitment Administrator to join our friendly HR team. Youll play a key role in ensuring we have the right people in place to keep our award-winning holiday park running smoothly.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Screening applications and conducting telephone interviews
- Scheduling face-to-face interviews with hiring managers
- Reviewing applications to ensure quality and compliance
- Supporting new hires with onboarding documentation
- Coordinating with departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Booking successful candidates into training sessions and offering support throughout
- Acting as a key point of contact for new employees during their onboarding journey
What Were Looking For:
You dont need previous recruitment experience well provide full training. We're looking for someone who brings:
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A confident and professional phone manner
- A keen eye for detail and a calm, patient approach
- A team player who genuinely enjoys working with people
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus

Role Details:
- Contract: Fixed-term seasonal role until 30th September 2025
- Hours: 20 hours per week, across 5 days
- Availability: Monday to Friday, with the occasional Saturday and early evenings
