Synergy Dental Group is a multi-award-winning chain of dental practices currently looking for a talented and passionate Receptionist to join our Blackburn team.
The Role:
Ensuring a smooth patient experience by running the day-to-day activities of the front desk including but not limited to the following;
- Maintaining great relations with parents and patients
- Managing dentist diaries effectively
- Answering the phones
- Taking payments
- Cashing up
- Maintaining cleanliness,
- Acquiring patient reviews
- Completing recalls & incomplete treatments
- Working alongside the nursing team by communicating clearly and effectively
- Adhering to all practice policies
- Working days - 3 days per week
Experience/skills required:
- Understanding of NHS dentistry
- IT proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
- Ability to work under pressure
