We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our family run podiatry clinic. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, be friendly and welcoming, ensuring that all visitors and callers receive exceptional service.
Duties
- Greet and welcome our clients in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, manage inquiries.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Manage scheduling and appointments using cliniko which we can give you training on
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying.
- we use an iPad on Reception
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, organised, and presentable at all times.
Requirements
- experience as a receptionist
- Using an iPad
- Data entry skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to type accurately at a reasonable speed.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- A friendly disposition with a customer-focused approach to service delivery.
If you are experienced as a receptionist in a podiatry clinic, the salary can be negotiable.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Graduate
Pay: £12.21 per hour
