My client is a leading and expanding law firm with multiple offices spanning the South.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Receptionist to join the team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service whilst managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
To consistently provide clients with an excellent and professional service, via all channels of communication; phone, email and in-person
To greet every clients with a warm and friendly manner and to clearly communicate our services, processes, and procedures
To respond to telephone calls within a timely manner in line with business expectations and goals and consistently provide an excellent standard of service to all clients and colleagues
To ensure the reception area, desks, waiting rooms and meeting rooms are maintained to a good standard
To action all reception admin duties to an excellent standard
To take client payments by telephone and in person ensuring accuracy
To observe confidentiality in all matters both internal and external and ensure compliance with GDPR
To receive and check documentation and ID inline with regulations
To receive and sort incoming post and DX post promptly
To maintain stationery stock for the office and place order requests as required
To carry out all employee Health & Safety responsibilities
To carry out other duties reasonably requested within the remit of the role by your line manager or Partners
To undertake all necessary training appropriate for the job role and assist in the training of others as and when required
Person Specification/Skills
Professional and friendly personality
Strong communication skills
Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritise and make sound decisions
Experience working with IT systems such as Excel, Outlook and experience with case management system is desired, but not essential
Ability to deal with office health and safety matters
To have a flexible approach to work and drive own personal development
Professional image for customer facing role
