We’re not your average dental practice we’re an award-winning, boutique cosmetic clinic where patients enjoy a calm, spa-like experience from the moment they walk in the door. From soothing playlists to warm smiles, we pride ourselves on creating an atmosphere where everyone feels special and that starts with our reception team.
The Role
We’re looking for a positive, friendly, and confident receptionist to join our close-knit team. You’ll be the first face our patients see, the calm voice on the phone, and the person who keeps the front desk running like clockwork.
Shift Pattern Available (8:45am – 7:45pm)
- CHOOSE 2 days from: Monday- Friday

A Day in the Life
- 8:45am – Morning huddle, set the day’s priorities, and pick a chilled playlist for our patients
- 9:00am – Phone lines open, patients start arriving, and the clinic feels alive
- 13:00–14:00pm – Phones lines off, lunch together
- 2:00pm–5:30pm – Afternoon appointments & admin
- 6:00pm–7:45pm – Final enquiries, tidy reception, and closing
What We’re Looking For
- Previous customer service experience is essential
- Confident with Apple AirPods and devices
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to keep calm when things get busy
- Warm, welcoming personality that makes people feel instantly at ease
