THE ROLE
As ‘Reception Supervisor’ you’ll be on the front line, delivering on our mission!
You’ll be delivering attentive customer focused service, understand brand standards and enjoy working as part of a successful team.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Supervising, training and coaching team members
- Delivering top quality Customer service
- First point of contact for our guests
- Work effectively with the team and other departments
- Checking guests in and out, processing payments
- Good knowledge of the hotel facilities and services we offer
- Maximising revenue through upsells and room sales
- Administration and Technology savvy
- Available to work when the team and hotel needs you

HOTEL DESCRIPTION
This hotel is perfectly situated in the modern business district, just five minutes from Temple Meads Station and ideally located for exploring the city. Guests can enjoy on-site car parking, complimentary Wi-Fi and fitness room. From some of the rooms guests can take in the stunning views of Temple Gardens and the ruins of the 17th Century Temple Church. The hotel also has Recess a space where guests can eat, drink and meet in whatever way they wish, day through to night in side or on the heated outdoor terrace.
