Duties
- Provide a range of hair services, including cutting, colouring, and styling to meet client needs.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client preferences and offering tailored advice.
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience.
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining client records.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the salon environment.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling.
Skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to upsell services and products confidently.
- Knowledge of store management practices is advantageous.
