The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Protection Adviser to join our growing team on a self-employed basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping clients secure the right protection solutions and wants the freedom to grow their income with uncapped earning potential.
You’ll receive qualified leads, ongoing support, and access to a network of mortgage advisers who actively refer protection opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on protection products tailored to individual client needs
- Build strong relationships with clients through trust and transparency
- Manage your own pipeline and follow up on leads provided
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and compliance requirements
- Work collaboratively with mortgage advisers to ensure holistic client solutions
- Motivate and engage colleagues across the business to refer protection opportunities
- Contribute to a positive, high-performance team culture
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience selling protection products
- Strong understanding of life, critical illness, and income protection policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own workload
- A client-first mindset with a commitment to quality service
