The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Protection Adviser to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping clients secure the right protection solutions and wants to be part of a business that genuinely cares.
You’ll be responsible for advising clients on a range of protection products including life insurance, critical illness cover, income protection, and family income benefit.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on protection products tailored to individual client needs
- Build strong relationships with clients through trust and transparency
- Manage your own pipeline and follow up on leads provided
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and compliance requirements
- Work collaboratively with mortgage advisers to ensure holistic client solutions
- Motivate and engage colleagues across the business to refer protection opportunities
- Contribute to a positive, high-performance team culture
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience selling protection products
- Strong understanding of life, critical illness, and income protection policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- A client-first mindset with a commitment to quality service
