Smart Sales & Investments are seeking a dynamic, motivated and driven Sales Consultant to join our team.
This is not your typical sales role. At Smart Sales & Investments, every day is different — from helping homeowners & investors sell their property, whether that be on or off-market, to sourcing investment opportunities for seasoned property investors and home buyers. You’ll work with a broad mix of clients, sell both on-market and exclusive off-market properties, and be part of a fast-paced environment where initiative and ambition are rewarded.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. More-so, you must be driven to make sales, highly motivated by meeting targets, resilient and adaptable.
As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building lasting relationships with clients. Your ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions will be key to your success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with property sellers to understand their needs and present tailored sales solutions
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of active property deals from initial contact to completion
- Build relationships with investors and buyers, matching them with suitable property opportunities
- Conduct property valuations and create compelling sales packs for on-market and off-market listings
- Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and internal teams to ensure smooth progression of sales
- Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and communications using internal CRM systems
- Proactively self-generate leads through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
- Stay informed on local market trends and property investment strategies
- Represent Smart Sales & Investments professionally at networking events and viewings
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new listings and secure interest
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain organisation by managing your leads

- Exceptional & confident communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, demonstrating initiative in addressing customer concerns and inquiries.
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients from all backgrounds
- Target-driven with a competitive mindset and a hunger to exceed sales goals
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deals at once
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to generate opportunities independently
- Quick to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing property environment
- High attention to detail when handling valuations, offers, and legal processes
- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools to track leads and progress deals
- Knowledge or keen interest in the property market, especially investment property, is a strong advantage

Qualifications
We do not require you to have had a sales background for this role.

Pay Structure
- Base Salary: £23,800
- 10% sales commissions
- Sign up commissions
- Target bonuses
- Other internal commissions
Our lead sales consultant hit £10,000 commissions in May, after only 11 months with the business.

Pay: £40,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
