Job Title: Property Photographer & Videographer
Location: Leeds (and surrounding areas)
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience)
Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Property Photographer & Videographer to join our team, capturing high-quality visual content for residential listings across Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong photography skills, and a passion for property presentation.
As a key part of the marketing process, you will be responsible for delivering standout photography that helps properties stand out and attract buyers or tenants. You’ll also be involved in floor plan creation and videography, playing a vital role in the property's digital showcase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Photographing interiors and exteriors of properties to a high standard
- Creating accurate and professional floor plans
- Producing short property walkthrough videos where required
- Editing and retouching photos to ensure quality and consistency
- Managing a schedule of daily appointments across Leeds and surrounding areas
- Liaising with estate agency staff, vendors, and landlords
- Ensuring all content meets company branding and compliance standards
- Uploading and delivering digital assets within agreed timeframes
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property, architectural, or interior photography
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality work
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom or similar editing software
- Experience with floor plan creation software (e.g., Metropix, PlanUp) is an advantage
- Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
- Professional, friendly, and presentable when dealing with clients
