Job Role: As a property photographer you will be visiting a range of properties throughout London, Surrey and Kent, utilising your keen eye for detail in order to photograph and capture the properties and their key selling points in order to help our clients market them and attract potential buyers and tenants. When required you will also be measuring the properties in order for us to produce accurate floor plans to assist with the marketing of the properties.
Main Responsibilities:
- Travelling to properties and estate agents throughout London and surrounding areas t we currently operate.
- Photographing our clients properties internally and externally, capturing the key angles and selling points.
- Accurately measuring the properties using a laser measurer (provided) in order to produce floor plans.
- Editing the images you take to a high standard in accordance with Home Exposure's stands and guidelines.
- Liaising with estate agents and their clients in order to ensure jobs run smoothly and on time.
The ideal candidate would be a talented photographer with a keen eye for detail. Somebody who has an appreciation of aesthetics and design and an understanding of space. Somebody who is willing and able to learn how to draw and measure accurate floor plans. Our clients operate in the middle end of the property market therefore you should be customer focused and be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills. You should be organised with good time keeping. The role would suit a recent graduate with a photography-related degree & a genuine interest in property & architectural photography. We will provide you with full training, all the photographic equipment you require for the role and daily travel expenses will be covered.
