Position: Property Management Officer/Administrator
Main Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with tenants regarding building-related matters, providing daily support and coordination.
2. Supervise the renovation progress of merchants, ensuring construction safety and time management.
3. Manage the receipt and dispatch of parcels, as well as the procurement, inventory, and organization of office supplies.
4. Assist with daily administrative tasks for the company.
Job Requirements:
1. At least 3 years of experience in property management, administrative or receptionist roles.
2. Must hold a long-term residency status in the UK.
3. Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset; proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
Job Description:
1. Currently operating in a remote work model, with occasional on-site visits to the commercial building as needed.
2. Will officially take on the role of company receptionist starting December 2025.
3. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM / 1:00 PM – 5:30 PM.
4. Work location: EC1M 6HW.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £27,172.00-£29,013.00 per year
