Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Property Maintenance Laborer to join our team. This role involves performing various tasks to ensure properties are well-maintained and presentable. Responsibilities include assisting with guttering, cleaning, painting, basic repairs, and other general maintenance duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in duties such guttering, filling out job cards.
- Perform general clean-up tasks, including removing debris, cleaning surfaces, and organising tools.
- Support minor repairs, painting, and property upkeep tasks as needed,
- Operate and maintain equipment such as basic hand tools,
- Assist with seasonal tasks such as leaf blowing or other weather-related jobs,
- Follow safety guidelines and ensure that all work areas are safe and orderly.
Qualifications
Required:
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods
- To be comfortable working at height more than 5 levels
- Knowledge of property maintenance work
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Valid driver’s license
- Previous experience in property maintenance, or a related field
- Strong knowledge in problem solving.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with basic maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
