Skilled Labourer – Full-Time Position
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced skilled labourer to join our team on a variety of construction and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, adaptable, and capable of turning their hand to a wide range of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carpentry and basic joinery
- Drywall installation and patching
- Groundworks and drainage
- General site clearance and tidying
- Assisting trades and following site plans
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Able to think ahead and solve problems on site
- Works well as part of a team when needed
- Good communication and timekeeping skills
- Full UK driving licence required
- Own tools preferred but not essential
- Proven experience in a similar role
