Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, and skilled labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results, and be willing to learn new skills.
We are a family-run carpentry firm specialising in loft conversions but undertake other domestic building work to include extensions and full retrofitting. Day rate will vary depending on skill level and experience.
Responsibilities
- Carry out general labouring duties, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required.
- Assist the team, providing support where necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Follow instructions efficiently
- Operate basic machinery and tools safely, adhering to all operational guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes and workflows.
Skills
- Proven experience with carpentry or in a labouring role is essential.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks for extended periods.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks as required.
Requirements
- Own transportation is essential to travel to and from site loactions in Swansea and surrounding areas.
- Use of own basic tools is desired but not essential.
- References from similar experience.

Pay: £95.00-£180.00 per day
