Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Inventory Clerk to join our team on an ad-hoc basis in the South East London (SE15) area. This is a hybrid role, combining on-site property inspections with remote report preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough property inventory checks, mid-term inspections, and check-out reports for residential properties.
- Accurately record the condition of properties, including fixtures, fittings, and any damages or discrepancies.
- Take comprehensive photographic evidence to support written reports.
- Prepare detailed and compliant inventory reports using our proprietary software.
- Maintain open communication with property managers, landlords, and tenants throughout the process.
- Adhere to PRMS's high standards of quality, professionalism, and customer service.
Required Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail and observation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in using a modern smartphone or tablet with high-quality camera and wide-view capability.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Access to reliable transportation for reaching properties across the South East London area.
Experience:
- Previous experience in property inventory is required.
