This is a front-facing, high-impact role—valuing and winning instructions on some of the region’s most desirable homes. What You’ll Be Doing?
- Conduct accurate, insight-led valuations across mid-to-high-value homes
- Win instructions through consultative, tailored advice—not templated pitches
- Be the trusted first impression of the business—face-to-face and online
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing shifts
- Collaborate closely with negotiators to ensure smooth, seamless client journeys
- Consistently hit and exceed listing targets and conversion metrics
What You’ll Bring?
- Proven experience valuing residential property, ideally £400k+
- Polished communication and natural presence with clients
- Deep understanding of local market dynamics
- Driven, self-motivated, and organised—no micromanagement needed
- Full UK driving licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong tech skills (CRM systems, Microsoft Office; Alto is a plus)
